POLYETHYLENE: Lightweight yet durable
thermoformed plastic with built-in UV protection
HARDWARE: Cover is secured to the ground
with stakes (included)


OPTIONAL BASE: Cover may be secured to
optional fi berglass base with stainless steel
screws (provided) and then buried at ground
level or staked for stability.


THERMAL RESISTANCE: R=7.25 per one
inch of foam

from defects in materials and workmanship
for one year from date of purchase. Defective
products will be replaced or repaired after
inspection and at the discretion of Pro-Glas,
Inc. This warranty does not include damage
from abuse, accident or misuse.

Insulated Fiberglass Enclosures

​

FIBERGLASS: A 3/16 inch fiberglass construction provides a stronger, lightweight and rustproof composite.


FOAM LINER: A one-inch rigid polyurethane foam liner provides an
excellent bond to the fi berglass cover, providing protection from freezing. Additional foam may be added for increased insulation.
R = 6.72 per one inch of foam (standard) or R =10 for 1.5” foam (optional)


GEL COAT/COLORS: High-grade marine gel coat provides excellent UV protection and durability against the elements. Available in green or beige.


ASSE: Meets ASSE standards. (Certifi cation pending)
HARDWARE: Model CS6442 comes with hinges, lockable “T” handle, and support arms for easy access and safety while maintenance is being performed. Smaller models come with continuous hinge and padlock hasp for security. (Padlock not included)


OPTIONAL VENTS: Two 6” x 8” polished stainless steel louvered vents relieve heat and moisture buildup inside enclosure.


OPTIONAL HEAT: Self-regulated waterproof 6’ or 12’ heat cable is available for smaller models. Cable is easily installed and adjusts automatically to temperature change. A 1500 watt heater with fan and thermostat is available for model CS6442.
